Free shipping options on all Heritage Woodwork Furniture

  • Our first delivery option is local delivery or pick up from our facility located in Bethel Heights (Springdale) AR. Heritage Woodwork offers free home or business delivery within 30 miles of our facility. We will contact you directly to schedule a date and time to deliver your custom piece of furniture. If you would prefer to pick up your purchase directly from us we will schedule a date and time to make that option available.

  • Our second option is free shipping to all lower 48 states. Our process is to wrap and package your furniture piece and then construct a custom shipping crate for it. Our third party freight company will then ship your furniture piece to the nearest freight dock to your home where you will be able to receive it. Location of freight dock will be confirmed with client upon order. Once your order arrives at the freight dock the freight company will contact you with a date and time to retrieve your custom furniture. If furniture is not retrieved in a timely manner the freight company may charge storage fees so it is important to pick up your furniture in a timely manner. Shipping times generally take 3-7 days. More shipping and delivery options

  • We also offer freight shipping directly to your home! This delivery option will incur an added cost (typically ranging from $100-$300) that will be invoiced separately from the purchase of your furniture piece. Upon ordering a shipping estimate will be provided to you to more accurately communicated the cost. Our shipping partners will contact you with a date and time for delivery. Please keep in mind that this is a window of time and is impacted by many outside factors. Please be sure to remain available to receive your furniture within this time window.

  • There is also the option, where available, for white glove service. This service includes delivery directly to your home and installation of your new furniture piece. This option is not available in all areas and is subject to an up charge in shipping cost. Please email austin@heritagewoodworkusa.com for shipping estimates and more information.

Important shipping information

Upon receiving your custom furniture please inspect the crate and contents prior to signing for the delivery. All shipments are fully insured, however if damage is discovered after the delivery has been signed for we will not be able to file the appropriate insurance claims. The third party freight company and Heritage Woodwork do our absolute best to ensure each shipment arrives safely and in a timely manner. In the off chance an order is damaged in transit it is crucial the damage is noted immediately.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure their new custom furniture is able to fit into it’s forever home. Orders cannot be returned due to the inability to fit into the home. Most tables are built at the industry standard of 30 inches high and will fit through most door ways on their side easily. But measure just to be on the safe side!
